How Does It Work?
1- Sign Up For Coaching
Are you ready to work with a Certified Calisthenics Coach? Let’s Go! I feel responsible that you achieve your goals and I can’t wait to help you!
2-Fill in Questionnaire
You will receive a questionnaire to share your training goals, level and desires with me. Coaching is 100% adjusted to your personal wishes.
3- Planning the Intake
Before starting, we get to know each other through a chat or call. We will discuss your goals and build a personal connection. It’s also the perfect moment to ask all your questions.
4- Receive Custom Plans
I will design a customised workout plan that perfectly aligns with your level and goals.
5- The Check-Ins
Any day, any time, you can ask questions via WhatsApp. Every week or fortnight, I will check in on your progress, adjust your plan if necessary, and give feedback on sent-in videos.
6- Evaluate and Achieve
Coaching is a continuous process. However, after a minimum of 3 months, I will evaluate the trajectory and together you’ll set new goals for a new period ahead.

The advantage of Online Coaching is that it is completely customized to your workout level and lifestyle. Do you want to build up your workouts slowly? Do you want to combine Calisthenics with another sport? Or do you have irregular shifts or a busy job? No problem! In my opinion, it is important that you are motivated and that works best if we listen to your wishes and needs.
I can always adjust your Workout Plan along the way if you want to train more or less often.
Calisthenics is bodyweight training and that means that you can do almost all exercises with your own body weight. If you have access to a gym or Calisthenics park, you don’t need workout equipment. Don’t you have access to that? Then it is useful to have a pull-up bar that you can hang between the door, but that is not necessary.
When creating your Workout Plan, we take into account to which workout equipment you have access to.
Online Calisthenics Coaching is suitable for everyone! You absolutely don’t need to have any Calisthenics experience.
Callisthenics means training with your own body weight. For example, push-ups and squats also belong to Calisthenics. Are you still in doubt about whether Online Coaching is suitable for you?
